Credit Cards
We accept Visa and Mastercard for phone orders.  To place an order by phone, please call
(805) 368-2146 Monday thru Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm PST

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards through PayPal for online
orders.  

You will be able to select your preferred card while checking out.  This is the easiest and fastest
form of payment. By placing your order and paying for it with a major credit card, we are
usually able to ship within 72 hours.  Simply fill in your credit card information when you are
ready to checkout and rest assured that your confidential credit card information is being
securely transferred to our payment system.
Pay by Check or Money Order
In order to accommodate customers who may not have access to or prefer not to use a credit
card, Collie's Custom Jewelry also accepts
personal checks and money orders.
To make a purchase by check or money order, simply print out and fill in our
Order Form.

We also recommend that you contact customer service by e-mail or call customer service at
(805) 368-2146 with the item number and/or description of the jewelry you are interested in so
we can reserve the merchandise for you until payment arrives.  If customer service has not been
advised of your mail-in-order details, we cannot guarantee that the merchandise you wish to
order will be in stock when we receive payment.  We will ship your merchandise upon receipt
of payment.

Sales tax is applicable to California residents only.

Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee plus the amount of the check.  Sorry, we cannot
accept C.O.D. orders.

We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail letting you know that your order has been
received.  We will let you know if an item is out-of-stock or on back-order.  

We do our very best to send out your order as soon as possible.  Because our items are
handcrafted and sometimes made to order, special orders may take 1-2 weeks to ship out.
Return Policy
We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise, you will find that it will meet or
exceed your expectations.   However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise,
you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of ship to date for a full refund of the purchase
price.  Shipping and handling charges do apply and are non-refundable.

When you return an item, make sure it is in new condition, and include the original packing
slip. You may want to insure the item as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected or
damaged returns that were sent uninsured through the mail.

Once we receive your return, we will send you an e-mail confirmation.
